Payment for items purchased online are done through PayPal only. You may use your PayPal balance, credit card or bank account to pay via PayPal. You do not require an account to check out with PayPal.
Payment for custom orders can be made online via PayPal or email bank transfer, and in person via cash, cheque, visa, mastercard or debit.
Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars. HST will be added to all orders for residents of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia & Ontario.
Shipping & Handling...
Mod Pieces ships to all provinces/states in Canada & The United States. All items ship from Canada. All shipping charges will be added at checkout.
All items ship via FedEX Ground. Shipments are made on Friday of each week. Purchases must be made by Wednesday of the current week in order for the item to ship on the Friday of that week.
Items are wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap & boxed using new and recycled materials. Please allow 3-5 business days from date of departure, depending on your location, for delivery of your shipment. We will notify you if the shipment is estimated to arrive later than 5 business days.
We require a signature on delivery of all shipments. If you cannot be available to receive the shipment in person, please make alternate arrangements with the FedEX driver.
If you live in the Halton, Hamilton, Golden Horseshoe, or Greater Toronto Area and are interested in avoiding shipping charges by making alternate pickup arrangements, please contact us for details.
Refunds & Exchanges...
Most items in the Mod Pieces store are vintage. Because these are not new items, you should expect them to have the quirks & character that come with age. All items are clean, structurally sound and come from a smoke-free environment. We have done our best to outline the condition of each piece in the product description & photographs. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions prior to purchase.
Please review the product photographs & descriptions carefully prior to purchase. We have done our best to make sure that the photographs accurately reflect the colour of the piece. However, because the colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be 100% accurate.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photographs of the damage. As most shipments are insured, with the exception of glass, we will work with you to obtain a refund on your purchase & shipping charges.
All items in the shop are held to the highest standard of quality and workmanship. Please note that Mod Pieces does not offer warranties. The buyer assumes all risk & cost associated with future servicing, repairs or maintenance.
