WE: Email you a no-obligation partial quote for this project - within 24 hours - based on your responses to the questionnaire. This quote will reflect our design fees, and provide an estimate for the cost of the materials required.
YOU: Approve the quote and complete payment of a 50% deposit.
WE: Request relevant images and dimensions, which are necessary for us to visualize your space. Once received, we immediately jump into action, scouring our favourite haunts for the perfect vintage lamp bases (assuming you aren't providing your own), and sourcing the coolest, modern fabrics to turn your vision into a reality.
YOU: Receive 1-2 preliminary concepts, directly to your inbox, and have the opportunity to provide feedback and direction.
WE: Fine tune the design concept based on your responses, nail down a final concept, and provide a solidified quote. Next, we secure the materials and get to work actually hand-crafting your lampshades and pillows in our studio.
YOU: Receive a professionally photographed image of your finished gem, directly to your inbox, and provide your mailing address so we can ship your piece pronto. At this stage, you’ll complete payment on the outstanding balance.
WE: Carefully and delicately package your custom piece for shipment.
YOU: Determine this service is complete when you’re one-of-a-kind custom order arrives at your door and you carefully unpack it and place it in your space, while simultaneously doing a happy-dance, of course!
